You as an insurer take the investment risk; therefore, there is a possibility of financial losses on policy redemption in case of negative returns on selected baskets of funds. 

In the event of the death of the insured person, the contractual amount equal to twice the annual premium or the market value of the insurance policy shall be paid to the beneficiary of the insurance, whichever amount is the higher.

After the first year of the insurance, you can change investment baskets without any additional compensation.
